What’s better than chocolate paired with cherries? Chocolate and cherries mixed with nutty and delicious hazelnuts.
Even better, there’s spinach in it. Even better than that – you can’t taste the spinach. You’ll notice this concoction got Jacob’s attention, who normally SHUNS smoothies.
This quickly became my new favorite breakfast shake.
Makes 2-3 big servings
Ingredients
- 2 cups filtered water
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen or fresh sweet cherries
- 1/4 cup raw hazelnuts
- 2 BIG handfuls fresh spinach
- 2 tbsp. chia seeds
- 2 tbsp. raw cacao nibs
- 2 servings vegan chocolate protein powder (genuine health vegan proteins is my fave)
Blend em all up in your blender until smooth. Prepare to fall in love.
